I recently enjoyed a lovely two-night break at a boutique hotel, primarily to unwind and explore the local area. I was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly smiles. The room was immaculately furnished, complete with a comfortable bed and fresh milk for tea. I relished the indulgent afternoon tea and good breakfasts, particularly the smoked salmon bagel.
I recommend this hotel.

I had a lovely experience here, everything was perfect, the location was magnificent just next door to the garden. The breakfast food was incredible, with cereals, pastries and fresh fruit etc. The staff were truly outstanding and provided excellent service.

The attention to environment in all aspects of the room was excellent. From the bamboo bed to wooden ironing board nothing was missed.

The decor of the hotel was lovely and had easy access to the beach and town centre.
The description of the room said we should have had a kingsize bed but we don't believe that is what we got. The lighting in the bathroom was poor and it was really difficult to fill the kettle. Also the breakfast was not very good. It was very greasy, overcooked and had missing items from it. The breakfast service was very poor for this standard of hotel.

Renovated rooms filled with eco-friendly touches and unique furniture pieces create a distinctive atmosphere. The attention to detail in room decor, named after trees, adds a calming feel while highlighting sustainable practices.
That room I stayed in got a bit stuffy. The extractor fan didn't do much of a job, especially post-shower. The bathroom had me squinting due to poor lighting, and the shower head wobbling around was annoying. Plus, the bed definitely leaned on one side-I seemed like I was in an amusement park ride, just waiting to roll out. For the rate charged, I expected a bit more freshness in the linens. They just felt tired, not cozy, if you catch my drift.

Good Location, very clean and comfortable rooms
Originally given a room backing onto reception - all we could hear was the creaking floor as guests and staff walked around reception. Requested a room change, which was given. A little pricey overall and the breakfast was fairly small and poor quality.

The hotel was fabulous loved the design and the ecological ethos. Our room was very cosy had lovely decor and the bathroom was very stylish. I would have preferred a bath but the shower was very good with nice toiletries provided. The food we had was fantastic _- the breakfast was one of the tastiest we have ever had! We felt very spoilt and would have liked a longer stay.
Having to leave.

The staff were super friendly n attentative, always making us feel welcomed. Our small double room was really comfy, clean and had nice little extras like filtered water n fresh milk. Breakfast was delicious, loved the avocado on toast! Also the eco-friendly vibe of the hotel is excellent.

The room was amazing. The food was great. We had the 4 course taster meal and each course was delicious. Both me and my girlfriend work at a 4 star hotel, while the two are very different and in different settings we both remarked on how much nicer things were at the green house. We have stayed in a few hotels together but I don't think we have stayed in a nicer room. Only downfall was my girlfriend would have liked to have had an afternoon tea but apparently we had to give notice which seemed a little odd. The bar itself was very cool, i probably had the best mojito ever there lol.
The woman at the desk was a bit rude at times but it wasn't an issue. Another thing was when we asked for a glass of presecco the bar man put it into a wine glass rather than a champagne glass which was more funny than bad

The Staff were great, the food was exceptional, I would stay here every time.
We booked 2 nights but 1 night was spent in 290 pound room and the other night in double, both were fine rooms however I think the staff should have made sure that when we left our 1st room at around 10ish the second room should have been ready for us to rest and relax in however we could not get access to our 2nd room until 3pm that was realy naughty of them
